Given the nature and timing of our products electronic delivery is your only option.
When you purchase a subscription for a particular timing signal you specify the electronic delivery method.
Since all forms of electronic communication are subject to unpredictable failures we attempt to mitigate any inconvenience by resending each communcation 24 hours later as most technical problems are resolved within this time frame.
We also attempt to validate all electronic addresses (email, twitter, etc) at the time an order is placed. We however cannot know if you have changed your electronic address AFTER you have subscribed to our services. Please keep your account up-to-date.
